Springtime in Texas set the perfect scene for Alyssa and David’s beautiful wedding at The Emerson Venue. From the moment I arrived, I knew this day would be filled with unforgettable moments and personal touches that made their celebration truly one-of-a-kind.
Alyssa started her day with a joyful pop—literally! She and her bridal party kicked off the morning by popping champagne in their PJs right in front of the charming chapel at The Emerson. It was such a fun and lively start, and I loved capturing the excitement and energy of these amazing women. The love and support they had for Alyssa were evident in every smile and laugh.
One of the most powerful moments of the day came when Alyssa’s bridal party gathered around her for a prayer before the ceremony. As they held hands and prayed for her, there was such a strong sense of love and unity in the room. It was a deeply emotional and beautiful moment, and I felt truly honored to be there to photograph it.
Alyssa’s dress was a showstopper, designed by Flora Bridal, with a flowy and whimsical style that perfectly matched her elegant and romantic vision. Her gold bangles, pearl earrings, and custom Le Labo perfume added a touch of sophistication to her bridal look. The intricate debossing on her wedding invitations was a detail that stood out, showcasing Alyssa and David’s attention to every little thing that made their day special.
The ceremony took place inside the small, intimate chapel at The Emerson Venue. Alyssa and David shared their first look on the stairs before the ceremony, a tender and private moment that was filled with joy and anticipation. As Alyssa walked down the aisle, holding a stunning bouquet of white orchids and florals, the chapel was filled with love and happiness.
The reception was held indoors, where white florals and candlelight created a romantic and warm atmosphere. The tables were adorned with delicate place cards featuring each guest’s name, table number, and a beautiful dried floral, adding a personal and elegant touch to the dinner setting. Alyssa even switched into a shorter dress for the reception, ready to dance the night away with ease!
One of the highlights of the night was the champagne tower, where Alyssa and David had a blast pouring champagne together, surrounded by their cheering guests. The dance floor was brought to life with hanging disco balls and lights, creating a fun and festive vibe that had everyone on their feet. The night ended on a high note as Alyssa and David drove off in a vintage car with a “Just Married” sign, waving goodbye to their loved ones and heading off into their new life together.
